At any time here on the web (All online transactions at the Electronic Transformer web site are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us). 2. Via Fax, 24 Hours a day at (954) 523-0122. Please do not forget to include a day time telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem. 3. Over the telephone, calling us at (954) 523-8680, 10AM to 2PM EST. SPECIAL ORDERS Consult us for special pricing on large quantities. PAYMENT INFORMATION Electronic Transformer accepts all major credit cards for web, phone, and in-store purchases. (American Express, Mastercard, and Visa). SHIPPING We ship in-stock orders placed before 3pm EST/EDT the next day we receive them. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when UPS is operating. We ship virtually anywhere in the world. For destinations within the continental United States, we use UPS Ground Residential. Free Shipping for orders above $75.00. Special rates apply for shipments to P. Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. Check also for rates on shipments outside of the United States. Rush Shipments are available within the continental U.S. Next Day Early AM & 2nd and 3rd Day Select Residential. RETURN POLICY If the product you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund credit within 7 days, in new condition. If you need to return your purchase, please contact Electronic Transformer via email.Reference the purchase date, invoice/packing slip number,then we will issue an RGA. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. For returns a defective transformers: If the transformer is found to be in good working condition, the transformer will be returned to the customer, with freight costs at customer's expense. |
